Lara. The journey into self employment.

Five years ago we created the LARA pages, the stories of a mythical youngish women’s journey into self employment. Initially we used stock photos and the hired a local women to model for us. The aricles looked at the stages of creating a business, then running it. While the person isfictional, the events are modelled on real events.
Creating, building and maintaining a business is the most challenging, at times the most frustrating, and ultimately the most fulfilling of road trips one can take.

In this picture, model Amber, was styled by junior employee Nicola Carter, who helped script the storyboard. Clothing was borrowed from a local fashion business.
